Operanda Labs builds software, AI and data systems for businesses. Our team works from Lahore, Pakistan; Dubai, UAE; and Finland. For anything about your data, email hello@operandalabs.com.
This website
This site doesn't set cookies or load advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for a short time to keep the site secure.
When you send a form on this site, what you type goes to us through Netlify, which stores the submission and emails it to us. You can also send the same message on WhatsApp or by email instead.
The calculator and self-check run in your browser. Your answers stay on the page unless you choose to send them.
The free scan runs in your browser too. To check a domain it asks public DNS services (Cloudflare and, as a backup, Google) for that domain's published records. We don't receive or store the domain you scan unless you choose to send us the result.
When you contact us
We receive what you send us through a form, on WhatsApp, by email or in a meeting: usually your name, your business, your contact details and what you need. We use it to reply, to prepare a quote and to deliver the work you ask for. Our email is hosted by Zoho.
Data we handle in projects
To build or connect your systems we may handle invoices, customer records and other business data. We use it only for the agreed work, give access only to the people working on your project, keep credentials in a password manager, and return or delete project data when the work ends, unless you ask us to keep it or the law requires otherwise.
Our clinic assistant keeps only booking details. We don't access or store medical records.
Who we share it with
We don't sell personal data. We share it only with services that carry our communication or hosting (such as WhatsApp, Zoho and Netlify), with providers you ask us to connect you to (such as an e-invoicing provider), or when the law requires it.
Our team works in Pakistan, the UAE and Finland, so your data may be accessed from any of these countries.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years, and project records for as long as our contract or tax law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us at hello@operandalabs.com to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. We reply within 30 days.
Changes
When our practices change, we update this page and the date above.
